Our delicious Arbroath Smokie pate is made using our own home smoked Arbroath Smokies blended together with cream cheese, a touch of horseradish, Dijon mustard and some lemon juice. Delicious on oatcakes or hot buttered toast.
Our fabulous hot smoked salmon is blended with cream cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise and a crack of black pepper to produce a light and delicate delicious pate.
Smoked Mackerel is blended with mascarpone cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and a touch of tabasco sauce to produce a rich and creamy pate with just the right amount of kick to compliment the richness of the smoked mackerel.
