Hot Smoked Salmon – 1 kilo

A centre piece cut of our delicious hot smoked salmon.  Perfect for Christmas Day or New Years.  Use as a starter for larger gatherings or a centre piece for a festive buffet. This will come vacuum packed with a shelf life of 10 days or pop it in the freezer for 6 months.  Delicious flaked through scrambled eggs for a Festive Christmas Breakfast or through Kedgeree for your Boxing Day Brunch.
