Our Smoked Haddock is hand-filleted and skinned from the finest Scottish haddock, sustainably sourced from the cold waters of the North Sea.
Each fillet is smoked overnight in a traditional kiln over a sawdust fire, creating a fish with a firm texture and a beautifully balanced smoky flavour that’s true to Scottish tradition.
