Having earned Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status in 2004, true Arbroath Smokies can only be produced within a five-mile radius of Arbroath’s town centre — placing them alongside renowned regional specialities such as Parma Ham and Champagne.
Our smoking process is strictly monitored to guarantee you receive the genuine article. Anything else is merely an imitation.
