Using Scottish Salmon sourced from farms in the cold clear waters off Shetland our hot smoked salmon is produced using the same traditional methods as our Arbroath Smokies.(link to smokie page again). Lightly cured whole sides are smoked over a hardwood fire to produce something that is truly unique. Completely boneless with a firm texture and a lightly smoked flavour, it can be flaked over pasta, served in a salad or for a truly special breakfast flaked through some scrambled eggs.
